ServeReel is a done-for-you social media content service for small businesses, operated by Clear Vision Group Inc ("ServeReel", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ServeReel at servereel.com (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

When you sign up for ServeReel, we collect your name, email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted form), and business details such as your business name, industry, and business website. We use the phone number you provide to protect the free trial from duplicate signups. If you choose "Continue with Google" at sign in, we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information from Google. We use that information only to create and sign you in to your ServeReel account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google account data.
You may upload photos, videos, logos, and other media, and provide text, ideas, and brand details, so we can create reels, videos, and image posts for your business. This includes photos you submit to Profile Polish, our AI photo enhancement feature.
If you connect a social media account, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok, we receive an access token from that platform, along with basic account information such as your account name, account or page ID, and profile details the platform shares during connection. We request only the permissions we need to create and publish content on your behalf and to confirm which account we are posting to.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are collected and processed by Stripe directly. We never see or store your full card number. We receive limited information about your subscription, such as the plan you selected, billing status, and the last four digits of your card.
If you use our free 7-day content plan tool without an account, we collect the business website or business details you enter so we can generate your plan. If you choose to provide your email address, we use it to send you the plan and information about ServeReel.
We collect basic technical and usage information when you visit our website or use the Service, such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location based on IP address. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
If you contact us for support or send feedback through the Service, we keep the content of your message and our responses so we can help you and improve the Service.
If you join our affiliate program, we collect the information you provide at signup, including your payout details, so we can track referrals and pay commissions.

Media you upload for AI features, including Profile Polish photos, is sent to our AI processing providers only as needed to produce the result you requested.
Access tokens from connected social accounts are stored securely and are used only to perform the actions you authorize, such as publishing posts you create, schedule, or approve through ServeReel. We do not use these tokens to read your private messages or to post anything outside the Service's features.
You can disconnect a social account at any time from your ServeReel portal, and you can also revoke ServeReel's access at any time from the connected platform's own settings (for example, in your Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok account settings). When you disconnect an account or delete your ServeReel account, we delete the stored token for that account.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your settings. We also use Google Analytics cookies to measure website visits and usage in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working. We do not use cookies to sell your information.
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete your personal information, uploaded media, and connected account tokens within 30 days of verifying your request, except where we are required to keep limited records for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud prevention reasons. Payment records are retained by Stripe under its own policies. Content that you published to your connected social accounts remains on those platforms until you remove it there, because those copies are under your control and the platform's.

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption of data in transit, secure storage of passwords and access tokens, and limiting internal access to the information needed to operate the Service. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly if a problem arises.
ServeReel is a service for businesses and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or acting with authority on behalf of a business, to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above, and we will notify account holders by email or through the Service where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
