Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of ServeReel, the done-for-you social media content service at servereel.com (the "Service"), operated by Clear Vision Group Inc ("ServeReel", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ServeReel creates short form videos (reels), videos, and image posts for your business from photos, footage, and information you provide, and can publish that content to the social media accounts you connect. The Service includes weekly content planning, scheduled posting, a free 7-day content plan tool, Profile Polish (AI photo enhancement), an AI content assistant, and related features offered in your plan. Features, quotas, and turnaround times vary by plan and are described on our pricing page and in your portal.

ServeReel is a content creation and publishing service. We do not guarantee any specific business result, such as sales, followers, views, or engagement.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of the business you register.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when you sign up, including your name, email address, phone number, and business details, and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@servereel.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Free trials are limited to one per business. We may limit or deny additional free trials where the same business, payment method, connected social account, or phone number has already used a trial.

3. Your content

You keep ownership. You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, logos, text, and other material you upload or provide (your "Content").
Limited license to us. You grant ServeReel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, store, copy, edit, process, and combine your Content, and to create and publish the reels, videos, and image posts you request, only as needed to operate the Service for you. This license ends when you delete the Content or close your account, except for copies already published to your connected accounts at your direction and reasonable backup copies retained during our normal deletion process.
Your responsibility. You confirm that you own your Content or have all rights needed to use it with the Service, and that your Content does not infringe the rights of any other person or business.
Finished content. Reels, videos, and image posts we create for you from your Content are yours to keep and use for your business, including after your subscription ends.

4. Connected social accounts

When you connect a social media account (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok), you authorize ServeReel to publish content to that account on your behalf using the permissions you grant during connection. We publish only the content created, scheduled, or approved through the Service.
You are responsible for your connected accounts, including complying with each platform's terms and policies. You agree that content we publish for you at your direction will comply with the rules of the platform it is posted to.
You can disconnect an account at any time in your portal or revoke our access in the platform's settings. Disconnecting stops future posting to that account.
Social platforms are third party services. We are not responsible for a platform's actions, including removal of content, changes to its features or rules, or restrictions it places on your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload or ask us to create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful, or that violates any platform's policies.
Upload material you do not have the right to use.
Use the Service to send spam or to impersonate another person or business.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
Resell or misuse free trials, quotas, or the Service itself.

We may remove content, pause publishing, or suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, and we will tell you where we reasonably can.

6. Plans, trials, billing, and refunds

Paid plans. ServeReel memberships are weekly subscriptions billed through Stripe, our payment processor. The price and what is included are shown at checkout before you pay.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each week until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method each week at the then current price for your plan.
Free trials. Some plans and features include a free trial. The trial length and limits are shown when you start it. Where a trial requires a payment method, your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your portal or billing page. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period, and you keep every finished reel, video, and image post we made for you.
Quotas. Weekly reel and image post quotas are use-it-or-lose-it and reset on the schedule shown in your plan.
Refunds. Payments already made are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we failed to provide the Service you paid for. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at hello@servereel.com and we will review it.
Price changes. We may change plan prices. If we do, we will give notice before the change applies to your subscription, and the change will not affect periods you have already paid for.

7. AI generated content

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence, including to enhance photos, generate images and video motion, and draft captions and content plans. AI output can contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published where the Service offers an approval step, and for the content published to your accounts. You are responsible for making sure AI generated or enhanced content is accurate, lawful, and right for your business, including any claims made about your products or services.

8. Our intellectual property

The ServeReel platform, website, software, branding, and templates are owned by Clear Vision Group Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or platform except the right to use the Service as described here. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the platform itself.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, that content will be published at an exact time, or that the Service will produce any particular business outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Vision Group Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, followers, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to ServeReel in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear Vision Group Inc and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, content published to your accounts at your direction, or your violation of these Terms or of any platform's rules.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your portal or by contacting us. We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails and is not corrected, or if we stop offering the Service. When your account closes, your access to the Service ends, connected account tokens are deleted, and your Content is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Finished content already delivered to you or published to your accounts remains yours.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above, and we will notify account holders by email or through the Service where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Clear Vision Group Inc about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a part of these Terms is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to another party without our written consent.
